Role Summary

Lead program management for the Advanced Power Solutions (APS) product line, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver power-management products on schedule and within cost and performance targets.

Primary mission: release new products to production on time, increase number of new products, and drive forecasted return on investment.

Experience Level

Mid-level — requires 5+ years of project engineering or program management experience on complex products/projects.

Responsibilities

Manage program execution across engineering, manufacturing, and business functions to meet product release and production timelines.

• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and quality control processes.
• Track milestones and enforce cross-functional accountability for deliverables.
• Manage wafer lot starts, material logistics, and sample delivery timing.
• Execute engineering setups per new-product-development (NPD) guidelines from kickoff through production ramp.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans; escalate critical risks.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis and issue resolution across functions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and executive status reports for visibility into status, risks, and issues.
• Partner with resource managers to ensure adequate staffing and monitor utilization.
• Drive process and methodology improvements; champion project management best practices.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships and communicate status, risks, and priorities clearly.

Must-have:

• 5+ years of project engineering or program management experience on highly complex products/projects.
• Proven experience managing project plans, schedules, budgets, and quality controls.
• Experience in risk identification, mitigation, and escalation.
• Experience producing program dashboards and executive status communications.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive on-time product releases.

Nice-to-have:

• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and perform indirect people management.
• Customer-facing experience and strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, cross-cultural teams, and new systems/processes.
• Proven initiative, strong time-management, and attention to detail.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline (as stated). No alternative-equivalent-experience language specified.
