Role Summary

Responsible for production test engineering of power management integrated circuits (consumer, industrial, and automotive). The role drives test program and hardware development, test process optimization, and cross-functional product qualification to ensure product quality and reduce production cost.

Experience Level

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities focus on test development, optimization, and production support.

• Develop and optimize component-level circuits and test programs (C; C++ preferred) for precision parametric measurements of analog and mixed-signal ICs.
• Identify and disposition risky production-tested chips and maintain test system reliability.
• Optimize production test cost, efficiency, capacity, and throughput — including test time reduction, multisite test solutions, platform transfer, and process simplification.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to complete new product qualification.

Requirements

Essential technical skills and logistical requirements for the role.

• Must-have: Good knowledge of analog and digital circuits.
• Must-have: Programming skills in C; C++ is preferred.
• Must-have: Proficient reading and writing in Chinese and English.
• Must-have: Willingness to attend on-site training in Chengdu twice per year (approximately 2 months/year); initial training on boarding is approximately 6 months in Chengdu.
• Nice-to-have: Prior experience in power IC testing.
• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with lab electronic instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, power supply, etc.).

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree (BS) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Micro-Electronics, Automation, Instrument Science & Engineering, or a related field is listed as the required qualification.
