Role Summary
Join a manufacturing and maintenance group responsible for repair, inspection, and improvement of semiconductor front-end production equipment. The role supports stable, high-quality semiconductor production for automotive, industrial and consumer applications.
Position is part of a team (~20 people) that drives equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and productivity improvements. The company operates a hybrid work model allowing two remote days per week; primary duties require on-site presence for equipment work.

Responsibilities
Key daily responsibilities include hands-on maintenance, reliability improvements, and cross-functional coordination.
- Repair, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on semiconductor front-end manufacturing equipment.
- Manage equipment spare parts and parts inventory.
- Drive continuous improvement activities to reduce failure rates and shorten scheduled maintenance time.
- Implement equipment improvements to increase productivity and yield.
- Work jointly with equipment and parts vendors; participate in information-sharing and coordination meetings.
Requirements

- Practical experience performing the duties described or in closely related equipment maintenance roles.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across departments.
- Willingness to take ownership for equipment reliability and production support.

Education Requirements
Preferred: graduation from a technical college (kosen), industrial high school, or equivalent secondary/tertiary program in electrical, electronic, engineering, chemistry, mechanical, physics, or related technical fields. Equivalent practical experience is acceptable.
