Product Test Hardware Engineer
Role Summary
Manage ATE hardware and test production activities for NPI and volume production at an OSAT in Hsinchu. The role focuses on sustaining test programs, improving test yield and quality across GPU, automotive, and AI-computing devices, and coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and coordinate mechanical fixtures and change kits with vendors for ATE hardware; support qualification for NPI and production.
- Perform ATE hardware quality control and continuous improvement activities.
- Standardize production process flows and data management; build robust systems to support DFM.
- Investigate and resolve operational hardware issues; implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with functional teams to improve operation efficiency and yield.
- Evaluate and apply new thermal materials to improve thermal performance.
- Coordinate between planners and subcontractors to ensure daily and weekly production schedules are met.
- Lead or support cross-functional preventive action plans to improve overall operational performance.
