Product/Test Engineering Intern
Role Summary
The intern will support development and implementation of strategies for assigned product lines, focusing on new product development, cost reduction, capacity expansion, and yield improvement. Work includes test design, debugging, product documentation, and cross-functional coordination with design, test, and quality teams.
Experience Level
Entry-level (internship). This role is intended for students currently pursuing a degree.
Responsibilities
Typical responsibilities include:
- Test and troubleshoot product and process issues.
- Develop production and characterization test specifications.
- Create and manage product and test documentation.
- Design, debug, and correlate test hardware and software.
- Design interface and measurement circuits to match tester capabilities to product requirements.
- Provide product development support and collaborate with design, test engineering, and quality teams throughout the product lifecycle (definition, qualification, manufacturing, cost optimization, quality).
- Support customer quality and application issue resolution and participate in cross-functional problem solving.
