Product Quality and Reliability Engineer
The engineer develops reliability models and risk assessments to enable qualification and launch of advanced semiconductor products. The role works across Product Quality & Reliability, Design, Process, Manufacturing, and Foundry teams to predict product reliability, identify risks, and support data-driven qualification and product-release decisions.
