Product Manager - Verdi Debug Platform
Role Summary
Lead product strategy, roadmap, and customer adoption for Synopsys' Verdi debug and verification management platform. Work closely with R&D, Product Engineering, Field teams, and customers to deliver verification and debug solutions across digital, analog/mixed-signal, HW/SW, and emulation/prototyping flows.
Experience Level
Senior - requires 10+ years of relevant design verification, product management, or marketing experience in EDA or the semiconductor industry.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include product strategy, go-to-market execution, and cross-functional coordination to drive product adoption and market leadership.
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for the Verdi debug and verification management platform.
- Plan and run marketing campaigns, customer outreach, and adoption programs.
- Track engagement pipeline, milestones, and business/technical objectives across teams.
- Produce presentations and marketing content (blogs, videos, webinars, collateral).
- Act as subject-matter expert with customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor market and competitive trends and feed insights back into product planning.
Requirements
Must-have skills and attributes for successful performance in this role.
- Expert knowledge of debug platforms for functional verification, static/formal verification, emulation/prototyping, and HW/SW debug.
- Demonstrated product management or product marketing experience in EDA or semiconductor verification tools.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and program management skills in a matrix organization.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to engage effectively with senior customer engineering management and internal leadership.
Education Requirements
BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field; MBA is a plus.
