Role Summary
As a member of the HPCWorks Product Management team at Siemens, you will shape the future of Siemens VOV products such as Altair Accelerator and Flowtracer. This strategic role involves defining product roadmaps, driving innovation, and ensuring that EDA tools meet the needs of chip design teams globally.

Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include:
- Own the product lifecycle by defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for Siemens Altair VOV products.
- Gather insights from chip design teams and stakeholders to prioritize features for design acceleration.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, and sales teams to deliver high-quality releases.
- Drive initiatives in emerging areas such as AI-driven job scheduling and cloud bursting for EDA workloads.
- Monitor market trends to maintain Siemens' competitive edge.
- Translate technical features into business value and support go-to-market strategies.
- Act as a subject matter expert at industry conferences and customer reviews.
Requirements
Qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of product management or technical marketing experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Hands-on experience with chip verification workflows using industry-standard tools.
- Working knowledge of Place & Route workflows and physical design processes.
- Strong understanding of workload management concepts.
- Proven ability to work within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A customer-first mindset and track record of delivering user-focused products.
Education Requirements
Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
