Responsibilities

Lead product planning and execution to deliver measurable developer value and drive adoption of Atlas Explorer.

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog: epics, features, and user stories aligned to business and technical constraints.
  • Build and maintain a 12 618 month roadmap tied to IP and customer needs.
  • Represent target users (embedded SW engineers, SoC architects, CI/CD owners) and convert insights into requirements and outcomes.
  • Run agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional teams to ship incremental value (reports, workflows, APIs).
  • Define and track success metrics (adoption, engagement, time-to-insight) and iterate based on telemetry.
  • Coordinate early-access and co-design programs with strategic customers; manage feedback and communications.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing for go-to-market readiness and value propositions.

Requirements

Key must-have skills and experience for immediate impact; nice-to-have items follow.

  • Must-have: 10+ years as a software engineer and technical lead on multiple projects.
  • Must-have: 3+ years product management experience and experience bootstrapping a new product or technology initiative.

  • Must-have: Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Must-have: Familiarity with AI/ML inference and model runtime optimization as it applies to developer tooling.
  • Must-have: Experience with data visualization or analytics that surface performance insights to developers.
  • Must-have: Knowledge of shift-left, pre-silicon methodologies, virtual prototyping, and verification/validation workflows.
  • Nice-to-have: Hands-on experience with MIPS or RISC-V toolchains, Python APIs for tooling, EDA or performance analysis tools, firmware/OS/CI-CD integration.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university (as stated in the posting).
