  • Analyze failure reports and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Document findings and share best practices across sites and teams.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and experience, plus preferred attributes.

  • Proficiency in at least one domain: semiconductor device physics; digital or analog circuit design and validation; or defect detection/fault isolation methodologies in manufacturing.
  • Hands-on lab experience with electrical and mechanical characterization of devices and assemblies.
  • Experience developing failure-analysis methodologies and troubleshooting manufacturing issues.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional debugging, transfers, and manufacturing startups.
  • Strong written and verbal communication to document and present technical findings.

Nice-to-have:

  • Demonstrated root-cause problem solving in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with test environments and process-manufacturing debugging tools.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and sharing learnings across sites.

Education Requirements

Minimum qualifications vary by degree: 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years with a Master's degree, or 0 years with a PhD.
