Role Summary
Lead and manage customer-facing technical engagements for digital physical implementation and signoff across advanced-node designs. Provide technical leadership to a group that supports deployment, benchmarking, methodology development, and PPA realization.
The role partners with R&D, field application engineers, foundries, and customers to define requirements and deliver scalable implementation and signoff flows.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities focus on technical customer engagements, platform enablement, and team leadership.
- Manage and execute complex Digital Implementation & Signoff customer engagements from technical discovery through deployment.
- Provide expert guidance on physical implementation, signoff, verification flows, design closure, and timing/power analysis.
- Lead process-technology platform enablement and support customer success for advanced-node designs.
- Drive PPA realization via benchmarking, methodology development, flow optimization, and issue resolution.
- Create, test, document, and deploy implementation solutions, methodologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with R&D, field application engineers, customers, and foundries to identify product requirements and define enhancements.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor staff, and manage a team responsible for customer-facing technical execution.
Requirements

- Strong expertise in digital physical implementation, signoff, verification, and backend design flows.
- Experience with PPA optimization, benchmarking, and deploying solutions for advanced process technologies.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills for customer-facing interactions.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and team management or mentoring experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with R&D, field application engineering, customers, and foundry partners.
- Willingness to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites in the U.S. and internationally.
