Product Engineer (OPC Modeling & Simulation)

We are seeking a Product Engineer for OPC Modeling & Simulation at Siemens EDA. This role focuses on the development of accurate modeling solutions and simulation improvements for the Calibre Resolution Enhancement Technology (RET) tools. The position encompasses working closely with software engineering, product marketing, and customers to support advanced manufacturing facilities.
Experience Level
Mid-level, requiring a minimum of 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
Responsibilities
As a Product Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting OPC and Advanced RET deployment at manufacturing facilities.
- Providing technical support and training to customers.
- Defining and characterizing new capabilities for RET.
- Collaborating with Product Marketing to communicate new features and benefits.
- Engaging in research partnerships.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- MSEE, MS, or Ph.D. in Physics, Physical Chemistry, or Electrical Engineering.
- Proficiency with Unix and Linux OS.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as TCL, Perl, Python, or C is desirable.
- A strong understanding of semiconductor processing and lithography.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Education Requirements
Master's degree or Ph.D. in a related field (Physics, Physical Chemistry, Electrical Engineering) is required.
