Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include product ownership, foundry collaboration, and technical qualification.
- Maintain and enhance the Quantus RC extraction product and its 3DIC flow integration.
- Work with foundries to capture requirements and convert them into R&D specifications.
- Coordinate with R&D to implement, qualify, and certify tool enhancements with foundries and customers.
- Automate qualification and verification flows using scripting on Linux.
- Troubleshoot extraction, LVS, and simulation issues and support customer releases.

- Must-have: Hands-on experience with circuit design, LVS, RC extraction, and simulation; familiarity with foundry process technology and device structures.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Cadence tools such as Quantus, Pegasus, Tempus, Voltus/Voltus-Fi, and Virtuoso.
- Preferred: Experience with electromagnetic field solvers for RC extraction and prior leadership experience.
Education Requirements
MS in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Engineering (CE) preferred.
