Role Summary
As a Product Engineer for the Aprisa 3DIC tool, you will engage in advanced node designs with various clients, focusing on deployment and certification of the product. Your responsibilities will include crafting 3DIC flows and verifying the functionality of the Aprisa 3DIC place and route tool.
Experience Level
This position is targeted towards candidates with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in physical design and verification processes.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Defining and verifying the functionality of the Aprisa 3DIC tool.
- Developing methodologies for 3DIC workflow and engaging in tool certification activities.
- Collaborating with R&D teams to ensure product functionality and supporting customer education for product usage.
- Working closely with foundries and design houses for tool adoption.
Requirements
Candidates should have:
- Experience with mainstream place & route tools and physical verification.
- Hands-on knowledge of 3DIC design methodologies and related tools.
- A good understanding of timing, signal integrity, and physical design trade-offs.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as TCL, Perl, or Python is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Education Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecom Engineering, or Physics is required. A Master's degree in VLSI or Microelectronics will be an advantage.
