Product Engineer
Role Summary
Lead development and delivery of integrated, customer-focused engineering solutions that span multiple Siemens DVT products. Serve as the technical liaison between customers, product teams, R&D, and field organizations to define workflows, close solution gaps, and scale adoption.
Design and deploy complex multi-product applications, produce technical collateral, mentor junior engineers, and present solutions to customer management.
Experience Level
Senior β typically 5β10 years of relevant engineering or solutions experience.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include solution design, customer engagement, and cross-team delivery.
- Design, build, and deliver cross-product solutions addressing customer workflows and pain points across DVT product lines.
- Engage customers and account teams to identify high-impact technical challenges and produce scalable, reusable workflows and demonstrations.
- Provide technical leadership in simulation, formal verification, low power, VIP, and debug toolchains; translate customer needs into product and vendor feedback.
- Deploy large-scale, multi-product application programs and guide adoption across regions and teams.
- Create technical collateral β workflows, short videos, whitepapers, and presentations β and present solutions to customer management.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and collaborate with R&D, product line teams, and global DVT teams.
Requirements

Must-have: Experience in verification engineering, product engineering, application engineering, or solutions architecture with a proven record delivering cross-product solutions.

Must-have: Hands-on experience with simulation, formal verification, low power, VIP, or debug/UX workflows and the ability to map customer methodologies to integrated solutions.

Must-have: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, excellent technical communication and presentation abilities, and the capacity to work independently in ambiguous environments.

Nice-to-have: Familiarity with AIML, cloud workflows, functional safety, and competitive tools (e.g., Xcelium, Synopsys).
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
