Product Development Team Lead (NAND)
Role Summary
Lead end-to-end product development for NAND technologies, coordinating cross-functional teams from silicon through system enablement to deliver competitive products and on-time qualifications.
Serve as the primary NAND product engineering representative interfacing with business units, fabrication, test, supply chain, and partners to align priorities, manage risks, and drive execution.

Responsibilities
Deliver program leadership and technical alignment across NAND development and system integration.
- Define and align NAND requirements across business units and SSD development teams into qualification specifications.
- Lead cross-functional execution with Product Engineering, Fab, Assembly, Test, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders to meet milestones.
- Establish and operate a program management system to track priorities, risks, and qualification progress.
- Drive system-level integration with Technology Development and Design Engineering for SSD and customer applications.
- Adopt and promote data-driven and AI-enabled workflows to improve analysis, decision-making, and execution efficiency.
- Represent Product Engineering in development forums, influence trade-offs, and resolve cross-team issues.
- Lead complex problem solving across NAND-system interactions to maintain program momentum and enable customer qualification.

- Solid understanding of NAND technology: device/design, validation, test flows, reliability, and failure analysis.

- Practical exposure to AI platforms or automation tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to enhance engineering productivity.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
