This role involves collaboration with various teams to validate testability circuits and methodologies for new products.

Mid-level, requiring 3-5 years of industry experience in related fields.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include:
- Developing testability circuits and methodologies for new products.
- Collaborating with various teams to ensure manufacturability and optimize test processes.
- Conducting ATE device characterization and yield analysis.
- Driving product supply optimization through data analysis.
- Leading manufacturing readiness and production ramp activities.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications include:
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in IC testing or development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as VB, C, Perl, Python, and TCL/TK.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-have qualifications include:
- Knowledge of ATE tester instruments and IC packaging.
- Experience with statistical methodologies like Six Sigma.
Education Requirements
A BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is expected.
