Product Development Engineer

Role Summary

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this position include:

• Monitoring HBM product yields and performance.
• Analyzing test data to identify trends and provide reports on yields and corrective actions.
• Automating data extraction and analysis processes.
• Developing Design FMEAs and managing tracking through product development.
• Collaborating with Global Quality for timely corrective actions on RMAs.
• Conducting engineering assignments related to product design and development.
• Establishing testing routines and managing project timelines and budgets.

Requirements

Applicants must possess the following skills and experiences:

• Digital Circuit Design.
• Proficiency in Python Programming and scripting.
• Familiarity with Linux & Unix Operating Systems.
• Knowledge of Verilog and simulation techniques.
• Experience in Design for Test (DFT) and Computer Architecture.
• Yield Analysis and Production Test Development skills.
• Understanding of Silicon Characterization and Data Correlation.
• Test Automation proficiency.

Education Requirements

A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required.
