Role Summary
Responsible for design-for-test (DFT) and test-flow development for DRAM products. Work with cross-functional teams to improve test quality, reduce test time, and resolve high-visibility product issues. Develop software tools and analysis methods to support engineering decisions and failure analysis.

Responsibilities
Primary duties include developing DFT strategies, test flows, and analysis methods for DRAM products:
- Create and implement DRAM DFT and test-flow strategies.
- Develop methods for fail-pattern recognition and failure analysis.
- Identify and execute test-time reduction and quality-improvement initiatives.
- Investigate and support solutions for high-visibility DRAM product issues.
- Build supporting software tools for engineering analysis and automation.
- Innovate and prototype new approaches related to DFT and test methodology.
Requirements
Required technical skills and experience:
- CMOS circuit knowledge.
- Basic programming skills in Python, Java, C, or C++.
- DRAM architecture and test knowledge.
- Understanding of statistics for data analysis.
- Basic lab experience or equivalent applied software profiling/analytics experience.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field (as stated by employer).
