Role Summary
Responsible for controlling and optimizing the backend process module in semiconductor production at the Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe manufacturing site. The role focuses on maintaining process stability, qualifying new equipment and processes, and supporting continuous improvement projects for power MOSFET production.

Responsibilities
Key day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Control and optimize backend process module operations in semiconductor production.
- Oversee module-specific process and measurement technology to ensure process stability.
- Use statistical process control (SPC) and perform data analyses to monitor processes.
- Develop and qualify new processes, equipment, and consumables.
- Lead or support projects for cost reduction, quality improvement, and productivity gains.
- Monitor processes, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve process deviations.
- Prepare process documentation, work instructions, specifications, and audit reports.
Requirements
Must-have skills and attributes:
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor processes and process optimization.
- Experience with measurement technology and ensuring process stability.
- Practical experience applying SPC and conducting data-driven analyses.
- Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving for technical issues.
- Experience managing or leading small projects or subprojects.
- Hands-on mentality and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; very good German and English (written and spoken).
Education Requirements
Completed Master's degree or PhD in Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
