Role Summary

Internship on the Analog Technology Development (ATD) team focused on process development and device integration for next-generation analog semiconductor technologies. The role supports experiments, data analysis, and cross-functional integration to meet performance, cost, reliability, and yield targets.

Experience Level

Internship — graduate-level (MS or PhD) candidate; intended for currently enrolled graduate students.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities involve developing and validating process integration strategies and supporting the ramp of new process technologies.

  • Establish unit process and process-integration strategies to meet performance and yield objectives.
  • Execute process experiments and standard work requests (SWRs) to develop and validate process steps.
  • Collect, model, and analyze device and process yield data to guide development decisions.
  • Collaborate with design, productization, reliability, and manufacturing teams to ensure technologies meet cost, performance, reliability, and yield targets.
