Role Summary
Lead the verification effort for advanced GPU (Mali) architecture, focusing on SystemVerilog, UVM and automation. Provide technical leadership and mentoring within the hardware verification team and work cross-functionally to define and deliver verification strategy.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Drive end-to-end verification planning and execution for GPU features and microarchitectures.
- Design and implement SystemVerilog/UVM testbenches and verification environments.
- Develop verification automation, continuous integration, and regression flows.
- Mentor and lead verification engineers; review work and set technical direction.
- Collaborate with architects, RTL designers, and software teams to define verification scope and resolve issues.
Requirements
Core requirements and skills:

Must-have: Hands-on experience in functional verification using SystemVerilog and UVM; experience with verification automation and regression frameworks; proven leadership or technical lead experience in a verification team.

Must-have: Experience in GPU or complex SoC verification and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice-to-have: Experience with Python for verification automation, coverage-driven verification, emulation, formal methods, or RTL design knowledge.
