Job Title

Principal Technical Project Manager

Role Summary

Manage technical projects to develop, qualify, transfer, and sustain advanced silicon process technologies that support product roadmaps and manufacturing objectives. Coordinate across design, product engineering, quality, reliability, manufacturing teams and external foundries to resolve integration, yield, and reliability challenges from development through high-volume production.

This Singapore-based role requires frequent collaboration with global teams and flexible hours to support multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and technical problem solving across silicon process development and production.

  • Lead silicon process integration efforts to meet performance, yield, and reliability targets.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex integration, yield, and reliability issues using data-driven analysis and structured problem solving.
  • Coordinate technology development, qualification, transfer, production ramp, and sustaining activities.
  • Partner with external foundries to develop, qualify, transfer, and sustain processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product engineering, quality, reliability, manufacturing) across global sites.
  • Communicate technical status, risks, and recommended actions to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and abilities, plus preferred skills where noted.

  • Must-have: Strong background in silicon process integration and semiconductor technology; proven ability to solve integration, yield, and reliability problems across the product lifecycle.
  • Must-have: Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving approach.
  • Must-have: Effective written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to work across international teams and time zones.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience working directly with external foundries.
  • Nice-to-have: Additional language skills beyond English.

Education Requirements

BS in Engineering required; MS or PhD preferred. 5+ years of relevant semiconductor process integration experience is expected.
