Principal Solutions Engineer

Role Summary

Lead customer and partner solution development for EnCharge AI's next-generation AI acceleration platform. Own technical engagements from initial PoC through optimization and deployment to deliver high-performance, power-efficient AI solutions.

Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, ODMs and ISVs to develop reference applications, evaluations, and enablement materials that accelerate customer adoption.

Experience Level

Senior-level. The role expects 8+ years of experience in solutions engineering, partner enablement, or related roles within the semiconductor or AI industry.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end solution design, performance benchmarking, and system-level tuning for target verticals on EnCharge platforms.
• Provide hands-on technical support to customers and software partners from PoC through deployment, optimizing performance, latency, and power.
• Support technical pre-sales by articulating solution value, architectural differentiators, and performance benchmarks.
• Develop reference applications, demos, evaluation platforms, and enablement collateral (guides, tutorials, case studies).
• Identify and onboard strategic partners; co-develop AI solutions and map partner value chains.
• Collaborate with ODMs and ISVs on system designs, documentation, and reference designs.
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence product roadmap, software features, and developer experience.

Requirements

Key qualifications and skills.

• Must-have: 8+ years of solutions engineering or partner enablement experience in semiconductor or AI industries.
• Must-have: Proven record of bringing complex hardware products to market and integrating software and end-to-end solutions to drive adoption.
• Must-have: Experience developing AI solutions for edge, datacenter, or embedded deployments and optimizing AI workloads for performance and efficiency.
• Must-have: Strong understanding of SoC architectures, software stacks, system integration, and AI inference optimization.
• Must-have: Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, model deployment, and AI pipeline frameworks; system and application software development experience.
• Must-have: Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with embedded Linux systems and AI accelerators.
• Nice-to-have: Experience partnering with ODMs/ISVs and producing reference designs, demos, and customer evaluation platforms.

Education Requirements
