Verify complex Arm-based IPs, subsystems, and SoCs for next-generation computing platforms. Deliver scalable verification solutions, own end-to-end verification execution, and improve verification methodology and automation.
Work within Solutions SoC Engineering alongside architecture, design, firmware, emulation, FPGA, validation, and post-silicon teams to ensure first-time-right silicon.
Experience Level
Senior - typically requires 10+ years of IP, subsystem, or SoC verification experience.
Responsibilities
Accountable for verification strategy, execution, and delivery across IP, subsystem, and SoC scopes.
- Define and execute verification strategies and plans for IP, subsystems, and SoCs.
- Verify CPU, PCIe, DDR, security, coherency, memory subsystem, and interconnect functionality.
- Perform power-aware verification, system scenario and performance validation.
- Architect, develop, and maintain reusable verification environments, VIPs, and automation.
- Develop test methodologies, test cases, and coverage-closure strategies; drive functional, code, toggle, assertion, and coverage closure.
- Debug RTL, testbench, integration, and system-level issues and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Leverage scripting and AI-assisted workflows to improve verification productivity.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience required to perform the role effectively.
- 10+ years of IP, subsystem, or SoC verification experience.
- Strong Verilog, SystemVerilog, UVM, and modern verification methodologies.
- Experience with Arm-based SoC architecture, coherency, interconnects, memory hierarchy, and UPF.
- Proficiency in C/C++ and scripting for testbench automation and coverage closure; strong RTL/testbench debug skills.
