Candidates must have substantial experience in designing scalable SoCs, with expertise in areas such as heterogeneous compute architectures, power management, PCIe/CXL, and security. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering is required, alongside a minimum of 10 years in a senior development or leadership role. Strong influencing and communication skills are essential for this position.
