Your expertise will guide both the technical direction and strategic initiatives of the architecture team.

Experience Level

This position is aimed at Mid-Career professionals with significant experience in the semiconductor industry. You should have a proven track record of working on complex SoC designs and possess advanced communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Arm’s SoC architecture, ensuring it meets market segment requirements.
• Collaborate with architecture and core technology teams to progress the development roadmap for groundbreaking SoC platforms.
• Engage in cross-team collaborations to optimize platform solutions and ensure timely delivery of Arm IP into SoCs.
• Drive innovation in SoC architecture and stay updated on emerging industry trends and technologies.
• Lead discussions with partners and customers on architecture to facilitate project specifications and implementations.

Requirements

Candidates must have substantial experience in designing scalable SoCs, with expertise in areas such as heterogeneous compute architectures, power management, PCIe/CXL, and security. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering is required, alongside a minimum of 10 years in a senior development or leadership role. Strong influencing and communication skills are essential for this position.
