Principal Product Manager – RTL-to-GDS Digital Implementation
Role Summary
Product owner responsible for Siemens EDA products in the RTL-to-GDS digital implementation domain. Drive product strategy and execution across cross-functional teams (R&D, engineering, field/sales) to increase revenue, adoption, and competitive position.
Experience Level
Senior - typically requires 7+ years of experience in EDA or semiconductor engineering roles, preferably with customer-facing or product-management experience.
Responsibilities
Deliver product success through market-driven roadmaps, customer engagement, and go-to-market activities.
- Define and validate target market requirements by working with customers and partners.
- Prioritize and own product roadmap and backlog in coordination with development teams.
- Drive product launches and market-proliferation campaigns to increase adoption and revenue.
- Provide sales enablement, training, and customer-facing collateral and messaging.
- Measure product success using revenue, adoption, and competitive differentiation metrics.
Requirements
Core skills and experience required or strongly preferred.
- Proven product management or technical management experience: defining market segments, user requirements, roadmaps, and development priorities.
- Deep domain knowledge in semiconductors / EDA and ability to align product deliverables to revenue and financial objectives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and ability to interact across technical and business audiences.
- Experience working with cross-functional R&D and engineering teams to deliver competitive solutions and reduce time-to-market.
- Highly preferred: hands-on experience in the RTL-to-GDS digital implementation space.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in an engineering field is required. An advanced degree or MBA is a strong plus.
