Responsibilities
The individual will be responsible for:
- Defining product portfolio strategy and translating market needs into SoC/MCU requirements.
- Architecting scalable SoC/MCU platforms with detailed specifications.
- Delivering SoC implementations that meet quality and schedule targets.
- Ensuring compliance across verification, validation, and production testing.
- Driving improvements in SoC/MCU execution processes.
- Leading IP selection strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Engaging with external stakeholders and representing Renesas at technical forums.
- Contributing to training and mentoring junior engineers.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications include:
- An educational background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Hands-on experience in front-end architecture, RTL design, and embedded software integration.
- Broad technical exposure across various domains such as Automotive and Networking.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- M.Tech / B.Tech with 12+ years in SoC/MCU architecture and design.
Education Requirements
M.Tech or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is required.
