Role Summary
Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver Silicon IP projects from planning through delivery. Act as the primary technical and program contact for stakeholders and customers, ensuring project scope, schedule, quality, and budget are met.

Responsibilities
Deliver and coordinate global Silicon IP projects, maintain stakeholder alignment, and report progress to customers and management.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Silicon IP projects globally, from planning to completion.
- Serve as primary internal and external point of contact for product line stakeholders and customers.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and milestones; maintain project plans.
- Report project status to customers and management; coordinate with R&D for new developments and enhancements.
- Track project performance, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and budget adherence.
- Resolve conflicts, remove roadblocks, and empower team members to meet objectives.
- Facilitate communication across engineering, product, and customer teams to ensure alignment.
Requirements
Core technical and program management skills required; degree and experience details are in Education Requirements below.
- Proven experience managing customer expectations and communications.
- Background in Mixed-Signal IP, SoC, ASIC, or semiconductor development environments.
- Familiarity with PCIe and Ethernet protocols.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Experience with quality management system processes and procedures.
- Comfortable using tools in a Linux environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Education Requirements
Degree in Engineering or Applied Science (or equivalent). The role expects approximately 8+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor or related fields; equivalent practical experience is acceptable.
