Role Summary

This role involves leading a high performing team focused on driving reliability test development and execution for Micron’s latest High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products. The main responsibilities include improving reliability, reducing defects, collaborating across teams, and ensuring processes lead to quality and cost-efficient production.

Experience Level

Mid-level, with a preference for candidates having 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

The principal responsibilities include:

• Define and develop reliability stress and test flows.
• Manage qualification execution processes and related issue resolutions.
• Drive down extrinsic and intrinsic reliability metrics through optimized testing.
• Debug and identify root causes of reliability issues using advanced analysis.
• Provide recommendations for new process conversions to enhance yield and reduce costs.
• Communicate risk management regarding DPM process conversions.
• Promote innovation to maintain competitive advantages in the market.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Oversee project management to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to align on product development.

Requirements

The key requirements for this position are:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on product engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with statistics, data analysis tools, and scripting languages like Python or JMP.
• Great communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and demonstrate leadership qualities.
• Willingness to work on-site in Singapore with potential travel to the US, Taiwan, and Japan.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
