Principal Engineer – Process Development, Photolithography, NAND
Provide technical leadership for advanced photolithography development programs for NAND products, defining and executing process and equipment roadmaps to improve manufacturability, yield, and scalability. The role partners with cross-functional teams and suppliers, mentors engineers, and drives adoption of new materials, processes, and patterning schemes.
Senior — Principal-level role requiring substantial hands-on and leadership experience in semiconductor photolithography process development.
Accountable for technical direction, roadmap delivery, and cross-functional integration of photolithography development efforts.
