The Principal Engineer will focus on high-speed interface pre-silicon validation and verification, particularly in emulation for ASIC designs. You will work collaboratively within a high-performing engineering team to enhance verification methodologies and drive innovative product development initiatives.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Bridging gaps between Emulation IP and Design IP for Controller and PHY domains.
- Reporting key metrics and driving continuous improvement in Emulation IP quality.
- Providing technical leadership in defining Emulation IP requirements.
- Reviewing and validating test plans for Emulation IP and Design IP.
- Mentoring and guiding junior engineers to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to optimize workflows and ensure compliance.
Requirements
Must-have skills include:
- Expertise in PCIe, DDR, and Ethernet interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with Zebu or similar emulation platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership in IP product development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
