Drive audit-ready execution across the HBM design lifecycle, align engineering practices to international quality and cybersecurity standards, and embed "shift-left" quality into design, validation, and productization.
Experience Level
Senior β requires 10+ years of relevant experience in memory products, advanced semiconductor development, or system-level silicon programs.
Responsibilities
Deliver and operate QMS processes, tools, and governance for HBM engineering; represent HBM in audits and cross-functional reviews.
- Maintain continuous audit readiness and act as HBM Engineering representative in internal and external audits.
- Define and govern HBM-specific QMS expectations, review gates, templates, and metrics aligned with international standards.
- Lead QMS modernization efforts, including governance and workflows within DataTrail and related tooling.
- Own documentation structures and workflows (SharePoint/EDC) to support traceability, compliance, and audit evidence.
- Moderate and approve requirements and inspection reviews; support end-to-end requirements and datasheet traceability.
- Participate in dFMEA and engineering risk reviews; maintain process maps and metrics tied to validation and release decisions.
- Track and report training compliance; partner with workforce development for audit readiness.
- Provide strategic leadership to improve predictability, scalability, and product integrity across HBM programs.
