Lead development of digital integrated circuit blocks and IP as part of the digital design team in Chandler. Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Define architecture and implement RTL for complex digital blocks and IP.
- Drive synthesis, timing closure, and power optimization in collaboration with physical design teams.
- Mentor and review work of other engineers; provide technical leadership across projects.
- Work with verification and validation teams to ensure coverage and product quality.
- Debug silicon- or simulation-level issues and support bring-up activities.
- Contribute to project planning, requirements definition, and cross-functional communication.
Requirements

- Must-have: Strong RTL design experience with SystemVerilog/Verilog (VHDL experience acceptable where noted).

- Ability to lead technical design reviews and mentor junior engineers.

- Experience with low-power design techniques and physical design constraints.
- Familiarity with system-level integration, mixed-signal interfaces, or IP development for SoC environments.
- Experience with specific EDA toolchains (Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor) and FPGA vendor flows.
