Role Summary

Lead applications engineering for Synopsys photonics products at the Zhubei office. Provide technical leadership for customer integrations, troubleshoot system-level issues, and translate customer feedback to product and R&D teams.

Work onsite with customers and internal teams (R&D, product management, and sales) to enable product adoption and inform roadmap decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for photonics customers; diagnose and resolve integration and performance issues.

• Collaborate with R&D and product teams to escalate defects, prioritize fixes, and influence product roadmap.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other applications engineers and support field teams.
• Document solutions, best practices, and support procedures for customer-facing use.
