Role Summary
Senior, customer-facing technical lead responsible for presenting Synopsys IP solutions to customers, driving technical strategy, and influencing customer SoC/ASIC architectures. Works closely with Sales, Marketing, and R&D to align technical solutions with business objectives and accelerate product adoption.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities focus on technical customer engagement, solution positioning, and cross-functional collaboration to enable successful chip projects.
- Present Synopsys IP and platform capabilities to senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Engage with customers to capture requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Position Synopsys competitively in technical discussions and articulate product differentiators.
- Serve as liaison between technical, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
- Drive strategy and execution for technical solution design; influence customer architectures and product adoption.
- Support sales negotiations with technical feasibility and solution-fit assessments.
- Lead and coordinate cross-regional delivery of complex SoC and ASIC projects.
Requirements

- Deep expertise in IC design (Digital, Mixed-Signal, or Analog) and semiconductor IP.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, technical sales, or pre-sales engineering within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Demonstrated project management and organizational abilities to drive multiple engagements to completion.
- Familiarity with key industry protocols and interfaces such as SerDes, UCIe, PCIe, DDR, USB, MIPI, and Ethernet.
- Ability to influence technical decisions and collaborate effectively with global teams (Sales, R&D, Marketing).
- Nice-to-have: experience with SoC/Chiplet architecture, IP product portfolio strategy, or people/technical leadership roles.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree with ~10+ years of relevant industry experience, or Master's degree with ~8+ years of relevant industry experience in a technical field (e.g., electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or similar). Specific equivalent-experience language not provided.
