Role Summary

Join Micron's Advanced NAND Technology (ANT) Singapore team to lead R&D pathfinding and process integration for next-generation 3D NAND. The role translates device concepts, materials, and process flows into manufacturable solutions and shortens learning cycles using data-driven and AI-enabled methods.

Responsibilities

Lead technical development and integration across device, process, and manufacturing to enable future NAND nodes.

• Lead 3D NAND integration, pathfinding, and technology roadmap execution.
• Manage end-to-end development from concept through technology validation, including learning vehicles, characterization, and debug.
• Apply data-driven, AI-assisted, and model-based approaches to analyze complex datasets and solve scaling and integration challenges.
• Define and optimize module/process architecture, including electrical targets, process flows, and design rules.
• Collaborate with Device, Probe, Test, Design, and Operations teams to drive performance, yield learning, and execution.
• Drive technical innovation through process improvements, patents, and publications while building global technical networks.

Requirements

• Must-have: Strong foundation in semiconductor device physics and process integration.

Education Requirements

MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
