Role Summary

Lead global technical authority for PMIC and mixed-signal product lines, driving architecture, specification, design, verification, and production readiness across the full development lifecycle.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, collaborate with customers on system requirements, and influence product roadmaps and engineering methodology improvements.

Responsibilities

Own architecture and delivery of major analog/mixed-signal blocks and PMIC products from specification through silicon verification and production readiness.

• Lead specifications, circuit design, simulation, and silicon verification for PMIC and mixed-signal ICs.
• Serve as global technical authority and primary point of contact for architecture and design decisions.
• Collaborate with customers to define system requirements and technical solutions meeting performance, area, and power targets.
• Plan high-level verification, DFT strategy, and lab evaluation with applications and test teams to ensure production readiness.
• Drive company-wide improvements in engineering methodologies, policies, and strategic initiatives.
• Support product roadmap planning and align technical direction with market trends and CMOS process evolution.

Requirements

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in power management ICs, with recent (within ~4 years) experience as a technical project lead on complex ICs.
• Deep knowledge of CMOS power-management circuits and practical experience delivering PMIC or mixed-signal products.
• Experience with verification planning, DFT strategy, and silicon lab evaluation workflows.
• Proven ability to drive engineering initiatives and process improvements under schedule pressure.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; experience working with multicultural teams and external customers.
• Demonstrated mentoring and leadership capability; able to work independently as a technical lead and foster collaboration.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally at short notice.

Education Requirements
