Principal DFT Engineer
Responsible for defining chip-level DFT architecture and implementing, verifying, and supporting DFT features across ASIC projects. Works with design, verification, and test engineering teams to ensure manufacturability and testability of chips.
Primary focus areas include DFT implementation (scan, boundary scan, memory and logic BIST), simulation-based pattern verification, static timing analysis for test modes, and ATE bring-up/debug.
