The role involves being part of the device engineering team responsible for the development, optimization, characterization, and qualification of RFSOI semiconductor devices to meet performance requirements.

Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- Act as a device engineering team member in the development and qualification of RFSOI semiconductor devices.
- Perform DOE design, execution, and analysis of results.
- Collaboration with process integration engineers to enhance device performance.
- Work closely with TCAD engineers to predict device outcomes.
- Design and optimize device layouts to maximize performance.
- Lead problem solving for technical device issues.
- Interact with internal and external customers, addressing technical queries.
- Establish new technology design rules, test structures, and methodologies.
- Innovate on methods for continuous improvement of devices.
- Ensure all activities are conducted safely and responsibly, supporting Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
Requirements
The essential qualifications are:
- Degree, Masters, or PhD in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience for Degree/Masters.
- Experience in wafer fab device engineering, preferably with RF devices.
- Ph.D. candidates are encouraged to apply with relevant project or research experience.
