Principal, Analog Design Engineer
Principal engineer in the DRAM Design Engineering Group responsible for designing and delivering block-level analog and mixed-signal circuits for memory products. Works with global design, verification, layout, and product teams to move circuit designs from concept to silicon and to improve product performance, quality, and reliability.
Senior. Preferred experience: MSEE + 8 years or BSEE + 10 years of mixed-signal/analog IC design. Minimum semiconductor design or manufacturing experience: 2+ years (see Education Requirements for degree details).
