Role Summary
Lead product management for AI and large language model (LLM) use models within the Synopsys ICV product line focused on established process nodes and their interaction with advanced/3D/chiplet designs. Work cross-functionally with R&D, product management, technical sales, and customers to prototype, validate, and drive AI-enabled verification capabilities into product roadmaps.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include defining, prototyping, and validating AI use models and aligning them with product and go-to-market strategies.
- Conceptualize, prototype, and validate AI/LLM use models across the Synopsys ICV offering for product QA and customer applications.
- Define AI-driven product requirements and incorporate them into ICV product roadmaps for established node designs and their interaction with advanced/3D/chiplet systems.
- Collaborate with product management, R&D, and technical sales to align development priorities and go-to-market plans.
- Train and educate technical sales on AI use models and support customer engagements that may require funded customization.
- Present technical value propositions to customers and industry stakeholders to establish competitive differentiation.
- Drive special projects as an individual contributor while influence-managing cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience; concise list of what is required on day one versus desirable additions.
- 10+ years of EDA/semiconductor product management experience or equivalent industry experience.
- 5+ years developing solutions that include AI and LLM techniques.
- Deep understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem, including foundry relationships, EDA PDK development, DRC functions, and rule flows.
- Experience with established process nodes and familiarity with advanced/3D and chiplet design interactions.
- Proven ability to differentiate customer-specific requirements from general market needs and define product strategy accordingly.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence without direct authority.
- Ability to travel at least 20% of the time.
Education Requirements
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering and/or Device Physics required. PhD or MBA is desired.
