Power Management Firmware Architect
As a Power Management Firmware Architect on Intel's SoC firmware team, you will define firmware architecture and HW–firmware interfaces to deliver power-efficient, secure, high-performance CPU platforms. You will collaborate across hardware, firmware, and software teams to translate product requirements into firmware designs and guide implementation.
Work model: hybrid, typically 4 days onsite at the assigned Intel site (Petah-Tikva or Haifa).
Senior — requires at least 8 years of firmware development experience and 3+ years in firmware architecture or system-level design.
The role focuses on firmware architecture, specification, security and cross-functional collaboration.
Must-have technical skills and experience.
Nice-to-have: experience with secured firmware design patterns, formal architecture documentation, and training/mentoring teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is required per posting.
