Power and Performance Design Engineer
The Power and Performance Design Engineer designs and optimizes power, thermal, and performance characteristics for IPs and SoCs. The role focuses on power/performance planning, characterization, and architectural trade-offs to meet product requirements across development platforms.
Works cross-functionally with design, architecture, binning/technology, and manufacturing teams to identify power activity zones, develop analysis tools and methodologies, and recommend architecture enhancements.
Senior β role requires substantial experience: typically 9+ years with a Bachelor's, 6+ years with a Master's, or 4+ years with a PhD (see Education Requirements for details).
Primary responsibilities include planning, analysis, validation, and cross-team coordination to achieve power and performance targets.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related specialized field with 9+ years of relevant experience; OR Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; OR PhD with 4+ years of relevant experience.
