Role Summary
Lead the implementation and configuration of a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environment to support silicon manufacturing. Serve as the technical lead for manufacturing lifecycle management, coordinating requirements across engineering, quality, suppliers, and business functions to deliver scalable PLM governance and digital traceability.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include designing PLM processes, integrating systems, and establishing governance for manufacturing lifecycle activities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship during PLM implementation and configuration.
- Collaborate with engineering and business groups to define business requirements and deployment strategy.
- Design PLM governance, operating model, user/admin roles, and workflows.
- Create product data, BOM, revision, and configuration management processes.
- Establish ECO/ECN, release management, deviation, and NCR/CAPA workflows.
- Support integration with ERP, MES, quality, and supplier systems.
- Drive manufacturing traceability and supplier collaboration processes.
Requirements
