The role includes various responsibilities related to physical design chip development:
- Physical design of blocks according to specifications with a focus on power, area, and performance.
- Work on challenging designs, addressing timing and congestion issues.
- Engage in all aspects of physical design development, including synthesis, power and clock distribution, place and route, timing closure, and verification.
- Participate in flows development.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge in physical design flows and methodologies such as PNR and STA.
- Strong understanding of physical construction and integration.
- Familiarity with validation methodologies like LVS/DRC.
- Experience with EDA tools, such as Synopsys and Cadence.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
Education Requirements
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
