Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include designing, validating, and integrating novel device concepts and materials into manufacturable technologies.
- Identify and evaluate novel device concepts to improve future performance and reliability.
- Apply semiconductor device physics to guide technology development and trade-offs.
- Own integration of device concepts and materials into cohesive, manufacturable process flows.
- Design, execute, and iterate experiments in the R&D fab to validate architectures.
- Analyze complex datasets from simulation and silicon to diagnose failures and reduce variability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with modeling, characterization, and manufacturing teams to align roadmaps.
- Communicate technical findings and trade-offs clearly to diverse internal audiences.
