Job Title

Partner Lab Support Engineer

Role Summary

Serve as the primary onsite engineering interface for enablers and customers to validate and qualify DRAM products. The role coordinates cross-functional teams to align test strategies, support sample bring-up, lead debug and root-cause analysis, and produce customer validation reports.

Experience Level

Mid-level β€” requires 5+ years of relevant experience in DRAM product, design, validation, or related engineering areas.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as primary onsite engineering contact for enabler and customer validation and qualification.
  • Align Micron test strategies and validation plans with customer expectations.
  • Support enabler and customer sample bring-up and verify delivered solutions meet defined requirements.
  • Lead technical debugging and root-cause analysis; communicate clear, timely updates to stakeholders and customers.
  • Create and maintain customer validation reports and shared documentation repositories.
  • Coordinate and facilitate technical meetings, status updates, issue reviews, and resolution discussions.
  • Develop and deliver technical content for customer-facing and internal presentations.
  • Identify and drive improvements to customer validation and qualification processes.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in DRAM product, design, validation, or related engineering areas.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work with and drive cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-have:

  • Program management experience.
  • Experience with cloud/hyperscale/graphics ecosystem enablers or customers.
  • Semiconductor manufacturing experience.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Computer Engineering (BSCE) or an equivalent technical degree; equivalent practical experience is acceptable.
