Operation Program Manager

Role Summary

Manage and coordinate new product introductions (NPI), qualification, pilot, verification, and sustaining builds at contract manufacturers across the product lifecycle to meet development, launch, and production goals. Collaborate with engineering, business units, and contract manufacturers to plan schedules, resolve build issues, and enable manufacturing readiness.

The team also supports contract manufacturer expansion, establishes NPI and production processes, and drives continuous improvement.

Experience Level

Senior level — requires at least 8 years of program management experience in manufacturing or supply chain, preferably in high‑tech or computer-related industries.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include end-to-end build and launch management, coordination with stakeholders, and process improvements.

  • Manage NPI, qualification, pilot, verification and sustaining builds from bring-up through end-of-life.
  • Develop and align launch schedules and plans with GTM/BU based on product roadmap and priorities.
  • Maintain regular meetings and trackers to monitor build progress and adjust schedules.
  • Identify gaps and blockers and conduct readiness reviews to meet build expectations.
  • Coordinate responses to material crises, build disruptions, and customer complaints.
  • Work with change review boards (CRB) to review and implement sustaining changes.
  • Train and enable new contract manufacturers or sites for production readiness.
  • Drive continuous improvement activities to improve processes and tooling.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum 8 years program management experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment, preferably in high-tech or computer-related industries.
  • Current knowledge of world-class supply chain management practices.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify and resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to work independently under pressure and in cross-functional teams.
  • Well organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to think strategically while driving tactical program execution.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally and provide onsite support.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with Power BI.
