Role Summary
This role involves designing and laying out memory cell and support circuitry-based test structures for advanced technology nodes, collaborating with various engineering teams, and supporting process development through mask development and parametric correlation activities.
Experience Level
Entry-level; ideally for recent graduates or individuals with recent experience in related fields.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and layout memory cell and support circuitry-based test structures.
- Collaborate with teams including Process Integration and Electrical Characterization.
- Support process development related to mask development and product design.
- Verify and validate test structure documentation and parametric data.
- Assist with parametric correlation and debug activities.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications include:
- Master’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Microelectronic Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso and Calibre.
- Strong skills in circuit design, layout, verification, and semiconductor device physics.
- Ability to interpret DUT definitions.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Proficiency in Perl, Skill code, and UNIX shell scripting.
- Experience in design debug based on silicon learning.
- Advanced knowledge of silicon processes and mask development.
Education Requirements
Master's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Microelectronic Engineering is required.
